Today has shown me that there are lessons to learn.....

1.  Some ppl are just dumb and should not talk at all

2. Some ppl need to lear how to shut their motha ƒucking mouths!

3. And some ppl will say something as an excuse and will tell you lies leading you all the way and then, when you finally find out the truth, they will avoid you.

These are the lssons of the day, but overall the day was ok .  Yeah did some weight lifting in gym today and my arms are killing me so its all good!
